We've been working hard on Hoteloni since our last update and now that summer holidays are at our doorstep we want to give you a quick development update.

Hoteloni Summer Update

These months seen a lot of action and we have finally launched Hoteloni beta version that mainly extends and improves the administration panel. The administration panel is the central place where users manage all aspects of their hospitality business example, create users and staff members with different access rights, create and configure rooms, manage their online hotel reservations, manage their modules, manage their hotel branding, etc.

Since Hoteloni is all in one, the administration panel must be a powerful combination of hospitality business tools to greatly reduces your costs and management time. One System, one login, one access from everywhere.

Administration Panel Features

  • Dashboard

    The Hoteloni Administration panel entry page for all users and staff members. Mainly displays daily statistics and bookings.

  • Bookings

    Bookings page manages all your hotel bookings and reservations. You can create, edit or delete bookings, you can also view your bookings and room calendars.

  • Housekeeping

    Allows you to create, edit and delete all your hotel cleaning jobs and staff. These jobs can be set to run automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

  • Maintenance

    Manages all your hotel maintenance jobs and staff. You set jobs can be set to run automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

  • Room Service

    Allows to you create room service items and manage them. These items will be available for sale directly in your Hoteloni website or via the administrator dashboard.

  • Restaurant Service

    Manages all you restaurant table bookings, menus or dishes. These items will be available for sale directly in your Hoteloni website along with table bookings.

  • Pages & Posts

    Allows full fledged blogging features. You can create an array of pages, posts and post categories for your Hoteloni website.

  • Punch Time Clock

    Grants control over your staff IN and OUT times / hours. Being a punch clock it records all hours they worked.
