We all know how important email delivery is for hotels, from hotel bookings confirmation emails to hotel newsletters. It's essential guests get all email correctly in their inboxes and the best way to ensure email is delivered is to use SMTP servers, let's take a look at delivering your hotel emails via Google SMTP servers.

Hoteloni is packed with the two industry standard ways of delivering email:

# Email Delivery Methods
SMTP
phpMailler

As explained previously the best email delivery method is via SMTP servers since phpMailler usually gets blocked during delivery because it lacks essential security requirements, most of the times phpMailler sent emails get blocked in email servers or relay servers never reaching it's destination inbox. An easy and secure way to ensure the correct hotel email delivery to your guests inbox is to use Google SMTP servers in Hoteloni Administration Control Panel. Keep in mind that normal free Gmail accounts are limited to 500 emails per day and paid Google Workspace accounts are limited to 2000 emails per day (you may use your custom domain name with Google Workspace accounts).

Let's start by signing-in Hoteloni Administration Control Panel and click Settings on the main left menu Basic Email tab.
